Couldn't Sleep

And I feel more energized than usual. Last night everyone went to sleep around 1:30 and so I signed off aim. It was 2:15 and I didn't feel like Euro so I started doing some sit-ups : 100 at a time. When I finished the first set I went to arms. Now, since I don't have real weights, I just picked up my t.v and started benching that lol : 50 at a time x 4 sets. I took a quick break and finished up one of the stories in Pieces by Stephen Chbosky. After, I went back to my sit-ups ; this time 150 at a time. Then, well you can probably guess, I went back to my t.v and did another 200. By this time, because I paced myself during the "workouts" (i guess you can call them that..well technically only one qualifies), it was around 3:30. I was feeling wide awake so I did the smart thing; I went to go lay down. Sounds weird right? "Went to do the smart thing; I went to lay down" but wasn't I wide awake? Yes, that's exactly why it was smart: I know myself and I probably woulda kept going with those "workouts" till the morning and deprive myself of sleep. But Steph was really urging me to sleep, so off I went. When my alarm went off at 6:00, I woke up energized and less tired than I usually do.


*Kind of a full circle ending? I see it; how I started off with the time this sequence of events started and how i felt energized due to my lack of sleep, then I go right back to it in the end, ending with the time these events actually ended saying, once again, how it had made me more energized...stupid english.
